Steel Thyself for the Abyss of Orcus!

Ho, mortals! Can ye hear me up there? Dread Priestess Lar’Olin cast us unto the DEMONWEB PITS last week, & now we wander its silky labyrinths! But the show must go on—& so we struck a bargain with local celebrity Orcus, Demon-Lord of Undeath (played by the masterful Hunter Edwards). His Hellish outpost down here in the Demonweb, ‘tis the perfect setting for a TALK SHOW—as ye know, this season we seek ASCENSION, but perhaps first we must…DESCEND? This plane, the Demonweb, be strange; full of spiders, & sinners, & an inescapable fog. So, nightly, to get our bearings, I set out on small scouting sojourns. I fashioned a longship out of a local wailing, living wood, & last night went out upon the ghastly “waters” of a nearby “lake.” I found it full of horrid eels, jabbering & quavering, desirous of power but clearly incapable of wielding it…mad things! I attempted to eat one, but his screeching for mercy stayed my hunger. One of the InstaGoblins captured a heroic moment from the failed excursion; find it below!
