Spite Night & the Fight Opera
Week-End Delights Ahead!

Wednesday’s greetings, mortals! This Friday at 8PT, we land in TEXAS, a State poised to steal the “Commie” mantle from the tarnished Golden. We join in Austin’s FIGHT OPERA on Saturday—HUZZAH! Wizards & wrestling, together at last! But before that, in our normal time-slot, join us for a BEHIND-THE-SCENES STREAM! FROM TEXAS! ‘Twill be our first stream from a foreign State, & one full of people OVERJOYED by their electoral results!
I hope ye shall join us for both—Friday at 8PT at our usual time, on our usual channel. & then, for Fight Opera’s “LITTLE AIYDEN’S RADICAL PARTY,” on Saturday at 5PT, on Fight Opera’s channel!
SO: Friday 8PT on our channel, Saturday 5PT on Fight Opera’s!
& should ye happen to chance by the Austin Commune Liberty Zone, ye may attend the wrestling in-person at Austin Beerworks Sprinkle Valley! The event is held outside, under rain shelter—rendering it both COVID-&-weather-safe.
Many ways to join us this weekend—SHALL WE SEE YE THEN?
On the Night of Spite
Last night, the worst in power were handed a resounding defeat, across the country, from the local to the federal. In particular, the chambers of the legislature swung massively. In the lower chamber, by my math—assuming no massive surprises rolling in overnight—a swinging magnitude not seen since the election of 1932.
94 years!
The boiling rage of the people, scalding the hands of their masters, with wild abandon. I shall list a few villains whose defeats I am particularly gladdened to see:
Vivek Ramaswamy; Susan Collins; Lindsay Graham’s Sister, the Duchess Graham; Tom Patti; Mike Rogers; Roger Marshall; Marsher Mikel; Vivek Ramaswamy; Lauren Boebert; Sonja Shaw; GregKen AbboPaxton, the hideous Doppelmann of Texas; & Vivek Ramaswamy.
Though, I confess, I felt alike to mine old friend, the great jester Stanczyk, receiving grim news whilst others celebrate a grand ball.

“Treatment is simple. Great clown Stanczyk is in town tonight. Go & see him, very depressing.”
Voters in California voted to stand up for billionaires like Mark Zuckerberg—both choosing not to tax their assets, & also, to outlaw e’er taxing their assets. The campaigns for both measures were funded, naturally, by billionaires. To suffer yet another defeat at their hands, is galling beyond measure. To watch Californians in crisis vote to eviscerate themselves, is horrifying beyond hope.
As well, up in Washington, though voters defeated a measure to ease the tax “burden” on their poor millionaires, those same voters decided to enshrine a disgusting law: one requiring genital inspections of children before they play sports, in order to “save” children from the “problem” of transgender children playing alongside them.
So too in Colorado were a pair of similar laws about children’s genitals passed, & in Arizona. In Idaho, they rejected the notion of a right to abortion care. California’s new governor, Xavier Becerra, loves Chevron so much he may in fact marry it, & promises to be e’en more of a business-brained regressor than Governor Newsom.
Newsom & Becerra, by-the-by, both begged their supporters to protect the endangered, vulnerable billionaires. & disgustingly, sufficient numbers of their supporters obliged.
I am happy to those who made gains, overthrew local villains, secured new rights or beneficence. But I see this election as momentary relief, not a victory. The struggle is not ended—a new phase now peeks o’er the horizon, awaiting us come January.
Becerra shall continue Newsom’s tradition of bowing to billionaires, & wielding the veto as a club against the people. The AIPAC-funded contingent of the Democratic party shall draw their knives; we may expect collusion with their friends in red across the aisle, as they come to feel freer to act within such a large majority. We must press these newly-elected officials as powerfully as those we booted out; we must not let them squirm into laziness & conservatism!
Forget ye not: Regardless of how many seats turn red or blue, the oil industry shall continue to spoil our water & burn our Earth. ICE & the savage militarized police shall continue to terrorize the streets. The data center industry shall pave ev’ry inch of forest they can find, right until the devastating LLM industrial collapse—which also looms, darker & larger with each passing day.
Breathe sighs of relief, aye, we must. But only to steel ourselves for what cometh. The grim great powers who strangle this world are not dissuaded by a single electoral result, & we must not be contented by one, either.
Let us celebrate what we may, mourn the rest, & continue dreaming a better tomorrow—a tomorrow we shall have to bring to life with our own hands. The destruction of the hate-mongers, the destruction of the oil-men, the destruction of the blood-thirsty wealth-hoarding dragons—these are the tasks before us.
Let us make use of what room this election buys us, & hold all of these bastards down ‘til they scream our names.
Thank ye for reading—& thank ye to the growing cadre of generous mortals who can & do support our works here with coin!
I hope ye shall join us this Friday for our BEHIND-THE-TEXAS BROADCAST! & then on Saturday, for the FIGHT OPERA! I shall write ye again Saturday afternoon, with a brief reminder of the events & what early images we have; expect a fuller recounting on Monday evening, after our return from “Communexas!” ‘Til then—be safe, be well, & good riddance to Vivek…
Cheers,
Amoenus Franco
