May Monday Mild

Mild Monday’s greetings, mortals! Or, at least, I hope it shall be mild for thee. May it bring respite, & routine, & may the monsters gaze elsewhere for one measly day.

May ye chance to breathe, & rest, ere the world’s chaos crash back in—that wretched daily deluge that threatens to drown us all. May thine annoyances this day remain minor; may thine odds be surmountable.

I wish for thee a day free of excitation, relieved of pressure, & bereft of dramatics. ‘T feels in vain, perhaps, to cast such a spell—dragons loom over us all, & treasures tempt us in the shadows, threatening adventure & doom. Those wicked few who lord over thy world wield far greater & darker magicks than I—I fear I cannot alone hold back their endless litany of hexes & hatreds—but it cannot hurt to try, ne?

I do truly hope ye have a mild day. Ye deserve it! Thank ye for reading, mortals—& we thank especial those generous beings who can & do support our works here with coin.
