Die-Cast by Death!

Good Morrow, mortals! This Friday, en route back to thy world, we detour through a spirit realm with our guest, A GHOST BRO! Verily, mortals—no Ouija boards needed—no crystal balls necessary—commune with A REAL GHOST (BRO) this very Friday at 8PT!

After we transcended from the Far Twilit Isles, out of the Shattered Empire’s plane & into this spirit realm, I noticed—SUMMERSBANE WERE GONE? In his place floated a scrap of parchment, soaked in ectoplasm, with the following message scrawled in hideous green blood:

SORCERER—

This “Journey to Earth” is being watched, by great powers Seen & Unseen. They decree, this voyage must fail; the wizards must ne’er again see the oily, war-torn, increasingly-hot Terran shore.

& so, we have kidnapped this buffoon who fears Summer. End this oafish Odyssey; vow to stay far away from that world, ‘til human civilization collapses (75 of their Earth years, give or take). Then, we shall return Summersbane, & facilitate passage to any other place or plane in the omniverse.

When I finished this dastardly note, mortals, I confess I felt a moment of fear…but then I thought about Summersbane, sitting captive, to some spectres? What fools these blackmailers be! Normally I would think this would start a whole side-adventure, rich with lore, spanning three, four episodes. But, I think Summersbane is probably going to eat them. He will find a way to re-incarnate them in new bodies, then flay them alive, eat their flesh, & slay them for good.

I expect we shall see a refreshed & renewed Summersbane back with us next week, with that “flesh-fresh glow!”
